This Privacy Notice for Care Connect Cheshire Ltd (doing business as Care Genie) ('we', 'us', or 'our') describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share ('process') your personal information when you use our services ('Services'), including when you visit our website at http://www.caregenie.app, download and use our mobile application (Care Genie), or engage with us in other related ways, including any sales, marketing, or events.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, or otherwise when you contact us. This may include: names, phone numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses, job titles, usernames, passwords, contact preferences, billing addresses, and debit/credit card numbers.
Sensitive Information: When necessary, with your consent or as otherwise permitted by applicable law, we may process: health data, social security numbers or other government identifiers, data about a person's sex life or sexual orientation, information revealing race or ethnic origin, and information revealing religious or philosophical beliefs.
Application Data: If you use our mobile applications, we may also collect geolocation information, mobile device access permissions (camera, calendar, microphone, storage), mobile device data (device ID, model, operating system, IP address), and push notification preferences.
Information automatically collected: We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services, including your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, and other technical information. We also collect information through cookies and similar technologies.

We may share your data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us. Categories of third parties include: Data Analytics Services, User Account Registration & Authentication Services, Cloud Computing Services, and Data Storage Service Providers.
We may also share information in connection with business transfers (mergers, acquisitions, or sale of company assets), when using Google Maps Platform APIs, with business partners to offer certain products or promotions, and with other users where you choose to share personal information in public areas of the Services.
We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to gather information when you interact with our Services. Some tracking technologies help us maintain security, prevent crashes, fix bugs, save your preferences, and assist with basic site functions. No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than eighty four (84) months past the termination of the user's account. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymise such information.
We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organisational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.
We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent's use of the Services. If you are located in the EEA or UK and believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you also have the right to complain to your Member State data protection authority or the UK data protection authority (ICO).
Controls for Do-Not-Track Features: We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online, as no uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised.
Updates to This Notice: We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated date at the top of this notice. If we make material changes, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice or by directly sending you a notification. We encourage you to review this Privacy Notice frequently.
